I lost a pound!

I am officially at 158 pounds! I had a low calorie breakfast and thanks to my clumsiness I managed to spill some of it on my legs. I couldn't eat it all to begin with but thanks to what I spilt I figure I ate like 2/3rd of it.

I didn't even want to eat which is awesome.

I can't wait until I am skinny again!

I'm going to post some quotes I found that helped me.

"You are not a dog, don't reward yourself with food!"

"No food tastes as good as skinny feels."

"Stay strong, think thin, be beautiful."
