I love yoga it helps keep the mind calm and the body strong, I really need to keep up with it.
If I woke up every morning and did my yoga I would automatically burn 59 calories before I even started my day. That is a full 20 minute session.It isn't cardio it is not supposed to burn calories it is supposed to stretch and build muscle.
I am mad that I drank a coffee today 210 calories I didn't need! hopefully this all works out.
I will be perfect if I try hard enough. Nothing good came for the people who wouldn't try.
